We LOVE St. Patrick's Day in this house! We celebrated St. Patrick's Day early with a delightful little party that’s bursting with fun and "lucky charm"! I typically decorate for our little holiday parties in the kitchen nook, but decided to set this up on their little table in the dining room so that we had room to play a couple of games, read our books and of course practice our Irish Jig!

The star of the party was definitely the Loaded Leprechaun Popcorn! This crunchy, colorful snack is both whimsical and easy to make-- and my kids LOVED it. The recipe was the perfect amount - so there wasn't a ton leftover and it wasn't nearly as sticky or messy as I imagined - a win/win! Of course, I pulled out my silver bowls to add a special little touch.

To add to the festivities, I baked some pistachio muffins. They're simple to whip up and perfectly complement the green-themed party! Jeff and I both love pistachio so these were a bigger hit for us than the kiddos. I doubled this recipe and made WAY to many. The extras are currently on their way to my sister's house! Too tempting to keep in the house!

The balloon and rainbow backdrop turned out adorable! I'll keep this up for us to take photos in front of before school on St Patrick's Day. The kit was super easy to put up- I did add the taupe balloons and added these 5" balloons to fill it in a bit more. If you haven't mastered balloon garland yet, my two tricks are this and these! I whipped this up in less than 20 minutes, start to finish.
I couldn't pass up these adorable plates, cups, straws, and napkins and the coordinating bamboo tray. We also sorted through an Easter M&M mix to find just the right green and gold candies and added a little leprechaun guy and some cookies from my favorite local bakery to tie everything together!
